Welcome to Expativo. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Expativo website (expativo.com) and mobile application.

Expativo is a digital marketplace, directory, and information platform. We connect Users with independent third-party service providers ("Providers"). Expativo is not the service Provider.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Nature of the Platform

No Agency: Expativo acts as an intermediary, not your agent.

No Payment Guarantee: We do not guarantee payment or delivery.
Pricing: Prices are set by Providers, accuracy not guaranteed.

4. Provider Listings

Providers are responsible for their listing accuracy. We may offer verification but do not guarantee Provider conduct. We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to: violate any applicable law, submit false or misleading information, harass or abuse Providers or users, spam or solicit other users, use automated systems without permission, or infringe intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property: Expativo's name, logo, and design are our property.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party websites or content.
Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy.
Suspension: We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. EXPATIVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPATIVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. You agree to indemnify Expativo against claims from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
